This downtown Raleigh restaurant serves up its hearth Mother's Day brunch menu (including shrimp and grits, and huevos rancheros with a side of tortilla chips) from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Reservations are accepted (and can be made online).

Finch's Family Restaurant--Mothers who appreciate good, ol'-fashioned Southern cooking will love being treated to eggs, grits and pecan waffles or any of the other breakfast favorites on Finch's menu. Finch's is a Raleigh landmark, but its a diner, so don't expect white table cloths and champagne!
