The performance, which is produced by Florida-based White Stallion Productions, Inc., consists of a troupe of meticulously-trained Lipizzaner horses (Lipizzaner is a breed of horse) and their riders performing ballet-like classical dressage movements including choreographed "dances" and spectacular leaps. White Stallion Productions has been producing the "World Famous" Lipizzaner Stallions show for over 30 years.

Gary Lashinsky, the CEO of While Stallion Productions, has been involved in the production of family entertainment events such as The Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey Circus, and the Ice Capades. The "World Famous" Lipizzaner Stallions World Tour follows in that tradition of quality family entertainment.

The "World Famous" Lipizzaner Stallions fascinate horse-lovers, but they also appeal to history buffs and those with an appreciation of classical music and dance. Much of the show is set to classical music, and the horses' movements are extremely elegant and graceful, though also very powerful.

The Lipizzaner breed of horse is a European breed that was developed for use as cavalry mounts and carriage horses for royalty. The Spaniards started developing and refining the Lipizzaner breed almost 1,000 years ago and the breed quickly gained popularity throughout Europe.

However, the Lipizzaner horses were almost completely exterminated during World War II. It is only due to the efforts of the US Army and Allied troops (as well as some surrendered enemy troops) who rescued hundreds of Lipizzaner breeding stock horses, that the breed is still in existence today.

Nowadays, people all over the world still appreciate the Lipizzaner horses for their majesty, grace, and gentle dispositions. The "World Famous" Lipizzaner Stallions World Tour gives everyone a chance to be amazed and entertained by the noble Lipizzaner Stallions.
