The towns of Morrisville and Cary, North Carolina both have significant Indian populations and are fortunate to have a wide variety of Indian restaurants from which to choose. The restaurants feature food from various regions of India, some offering only vegetarian options.

1. UDUPI Café

UDUPI Café in Cary specializes in authentic vegetarian fare from the south of India. The restaurant is named after a coastal town in India where a large supply of fresh produce is incorporated into the diets. Food from the area is spicy and rice is a staple in the diet. The Chefs of India specializes in cuisine including North Tandoori, South Idly Dosa, Karachi, Goan, Maharashtrian and Kadi chicken and goat.
